Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AMIK Consulting LLC ("we", "us") handles information on this website (amikconsulting.com) and in our game Stomp Burger for iPhone, iPad and Android ("the app").
The short version
Stomp Burger doesn't ask for an account, and we don't collect personal information through it. The first time it opens, it asks for your birth year. That answer and your game progress stay on your device.
Stomp Burger app
- No account. The app does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location or photos.
- Birth year. The first time the app opens, it asks what year you were born. The answer is stored only on your device. The app uses it to decide which features are suitable for you, for example whether a future version may show you ads. It is not sent to us or anyone else.
- Game progress stays on your device. Your progress (coins, what you've built, sound on/off) is stored in the app's storage on your phone or tablet. It is not sent to us.
- No analytics and no ads in the current version. The app does not contain analytics or advertising software.
- If this changes. If a future version adds ads or analytics, we will update this policy before that version is released. We'll name the partners involved and explain what they collect, and the app will ask for your permission where the phone requires it.
- Deleting your data. Deleting the app removes its saved data, including your birth year, from your device.
Stomp Burger on game websites
A web version of Stomp Burger may be offered on third-party game websites. Those websites run their own ads and analytics under their own privacy policies.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or ads, and has no forms. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site (see Cloudflare's privacy policy). If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Children
Stomp Burger is made for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app uses the birth year it asks for to treat younger players differently, for example by not showing them ads if a future version adds ads.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
